California Marketplace will be a three story, 315, 643 square foot(approx.) state of the art commerical complex.
It will contain fifty-four(54) retail stores ranging in size from 184 to 45,000 square feet(approx.). The california Marketplace will consist of a two level underground parking structure in the Wilshire Commercial District of Los Angeles. The project will be built on the corner of South Western Avenue and 5th Street, which is the current site of the California Market. Current lessees include high profile tenants such as, California Maket(a grocery store), Metro Bank, Baskin & Robbins and Coffee Bean and Tea Korea, among others. The property is expected to be fully occupied upon completion and will have an estimated value of approximately $90 million based on appraisal.
California Marketplace was designed by Gruen Associates AIA. Gruen Associates was established in 1946 and has designed such projects as, The Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles, the South Coast Plaza, and the Los Angeles Convention Center Renovation & Expansion.

Our brand has value and has had loyal customers for decades.
Further, we believe it’s a perfect time to recognize loyal customers who are craving for more value in our brand name, enough for us to expand and fulfill this vision, and to create a new culture in the supermarket shopping experience, making it a pleasant and memorable one. We have our new vision ready to implement, with new changes, branding, labels and store memoriabilia.
